FAQ

General FAQ, Deposit and Touchup policies

Deposit policy
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your total and the balance will be paid after the tattoo.
What if I would like to reschedule?
If you would like to reschedule your appointment please do so more than 3 days in advance of your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited if you reschedule within 3 days of the tattoo appointment or reschedule more than twice with me.
What are your policies on design changes?
For customs, please collate all the changes you would like to make before sending it to me. I offer two rounds of changes to the design and additional changes on top of that would be $15 per round.
What happens if I am late?
I have a late fee of $20 if you are more than 20 minutes late. The deposit would be fully forfeited if you are more than 30 minutes late. Please do respect our time as we have a schedule to follow too.
Do you offer touch-up sessions?
Every tattoo appointment comes with one follow-up session regardless of duration. To schedule a follow-up session with me, please contact me through Instagram DM with an attached picture of the healed tattoo in good lighting. Tattoos that are still healing are not applicable for touchups as they still need time to heal and settle in the skin.
Is there anything to note of before my session?
Dress comfy in loose-fitting clothing that you don't mind getting dirty as there might be some accidental smudging! Please do not drink the day before the appointment as it thins your blood. Just relax, have a meal, and hydrate well before your appointment!
What is the aftercare like?
All tattoos will be wrapped with a clear bandage after the session. Keep the bandage on for 2-3 days. Avoid strenuous exercise and swimming for the next 2 weeks and avoid alcohol immediately after. Some fluids and ink might appear underneath the bandage but not to worry, it is part of the healing process.
Remove the bandage smoothly by gently peeling it off under warm running water. Ince the bandage has been removed. pat the tattoo dry with a clean towel and apply a thin layer of an unscented moisturizer (eg. Cetaphil). Continue to keep the area clean and dry and moisturize when needed. Do avoid any topical creams to the area.Once it fully heals in a month or so. you can moisturize the area and continue with your usual routine.

Thank you and I hope to see you soon!
